ARHAB (Amateur Radio High Altitude Ballooning Record) competition flight.  The portion of the contest we are attempting includes:

1. VHF/UHF Greatest Telemetry Distance (APRS on 445.950 MHz)
2. Greatest 2-way QSO (Cross Band Voice Repeater)

Contact 471 miles between Alex (XE2BSS) and Juan (XE2MXZ)

First flight of package with DV Camcorder designed and built by Steve (KD7VRB), Louis (W7LMW), and Joe (KB7RMZ).  Excellent quality package and video captures.

Very violent ride on the way down.  Payload Computer GPS engine dynamics exceeded COCOM limits and cold started.

First repeater contact with two stations in Mexico.

Payload Computer GPS maintained 97.1% 3D lock (unlocked 4:25) during flight.  Average PDOP 1.42.  Average of 10.1 tracked satellites.

Pico Beacon GPS maintained 98.8% 3D lock (unlocked 1:49) during flight.  Average PDOP 1.42.  Average of 10.3 tracked satellites.

Average bus voltage 11.21 volts.
